I have had a pair every year for five years. I live in a mountainous area where they get a good test. Sometimes they go over 1200 miles sometimes they only go 800. It depends on where you are using them. Granite rock eats all boots away but dirt is more forgiving. I’ve had most pairs last over a thousand miles and only one pair that lasted about 400 miles. The rubber will generally delaminate from the leather at about 400 miles at which point they might not be water proof any more, but with some good glue sometimes you can fix that issue. Comfort is 4 out of 5 for me because when I’m working at about mile 7 or 8 my feet start to get sore, but by the next day my feet feel fine again. This boot is great for the type of boot it is. Overall for the price it’s 5 out of 5.

Good hiking boots, but wear them with thick socks, or they can chafe at the heel.

These are comfortable, long lasting and stylish. They run true to size and they wear excellent. I love these boots and so will you.
