This unit in my opinion is horrible. The hair in my opinion is too course to curl or wave with water, gel, or mousse. I tried using water alone. I tried using a water and gel combo. I tried using a water and mousse combo. Nothing curled or waved this mess. This unit is NOT big head friendly. This unit in my opinion is a horrible knockoff, and should NOT be compared to the original 'Mommy' by Janet Collection. The only cute thing about this unit is the bright red color. I own the original 'Mommy' by Janet Collection, and I love it. I have natural, long, thick hair, and the original 'Mommy' wig in my opinion is big head friendly. The original 'Mommy' by Janet curls and waves with water, gel, mousse, curling cream, and / or curling butter. The hair on the original 'Mommy' is soft and manageable.

Ordered the red....did not like the red color but I like the quality of the wig.
