Very good!!
Perfect fit and solution to clone my laptop's HDD and operating system into my new SSD. Now I use it to connect and access the removed HDD as an external drive.

This is a great SATA adapter
This is a great SATA adapter. It worked right away, no issues and I was able to put 2 SSD and 3 SATA drives to use that were just sitting on my shelf. Please do note however that this adapter will only work w/ 2.5" drives and will not have enough power to push the spindles on a 3.5" drive. I did try. This is also NOT hot swappable. You must unplug and replug the usb and it should do the trick. This is a great cable to have and be able to have multiple 2.5" drives on hand as your "USB" drive. very much recommended.
