would not recommend if looking for long term fix; i was gifted one and installed it; I got maybe 2 or 3 prints off of it before a large middle portion of the screen went dead and permanently had a rectangle darkened; i assumed it to be my fault and bought a new one; which i also had to return after a week or so after around 6 prints in all successful all using fresh resin until the last one where another segment became permanently darkened rectangle the screen was also flickering but the dead segments are my main complaint

The media could not be loaded. The screen worked fine for 5 months but then failed for no reason. After contacting the seller they said that they can't do anything and only replace items that are faulty on arrival and to buy a new one.So BUYER BEWARE. I won't be buying another one from them.

Now working but I had to dine the old firmware myself, you must run a version that is no longer commonly available on the Elegoo website. I managed to find this myself and it now prints perfectly, perhaps even better than before!OLD REVIEW: Replaced screen, process was easy but screen doesn't work.I followed all the guides online, ensured firmware was updated also. Nothing works at all including exposure tests.

So I have ordered in the past, and zero issues unfortunately this time I got a defective item, it happens, but I figure it will takes days if not weeks to resolve... nope I sent a message and a few images and not only did I get a response but I had a tracking number for a replacement less than 24 hours after I messaged them. Superb service, new unit installed and working great. Customer for life!

The screen fit perfectly and I had I also had a perfect first print. My biggest concern was the screen size but it's printing more constantly now

A replacement screen, solidly packaged and as described. The instructions however were as basic as 'now install the screen', so I had to look up two videos, one on how to disassemble the type of printer, and one on how to put in the screen in my specific model. (Mars 2 Pro)A tip for anyone that needs it; remove the glass plate that's taped to the old screen and put it on the bottom of the new screen before putting it back in.

L ecran de mon imprimante Mars Pro 2 etait HS. J ai donc commandé cette ecran. Mise en œuvre facile, démontage et remontage sans grande difficulté. En effet il faut faire la mise à jour ! Moins évident. Il faut scanner le Qr code fournie, choisir le bon fichier adapté à l imprimante. Mettre le fichier sur clef usb ( dezippé les fichiers sur la clef). Mettre la clef dans l imprimante puis choisir le fichier comme si on voulait imprimer une pièce. La mise à jour ce fait en 10 seconde! Mettre hors tension la machine, la rallumer. Et voilà !!!
