The very same day I started taking these probiotics, my "hay fever" allergies that have been so problematic for me when I'm gardening or outside near flowers and flowering trees have become almost completely gone. I've taken other non-refrigerated probiotics before and not been nearly so impressed with noticeable results.Thank goodness technology has been developed that allows these probiotics to be stable at room temperature, since that allowed me to take these probiotics on a road trip across hours and acres of windy, hay-feverish, sneeze-inducing roadways where I suffered not a single sneeze, runny nose, or runny eye! I just carried my probiotics with me in my luggage, and had it available as usual without having to concern myself with refrigerating the bottle at every stop.I could so easily feel these probiotics working that there was no need to try out the technique of making a batch of homemade yogurt from a couple of the probiotic gel caps. But it's good to know such things are possible, so if you're one of those super-cautious types, or want to make sure your probiotics arrived undamaged through shipping, you can go ahead and make a batch.Highly recommended!

I know that taking probiotics is good for you. This was a new brand that I had found here on Amazon. I know that Biosyntec has 2 different versions and I chose this one to take. I know that it's better to take something for about 60-90 days but I really wanted to try this one first and get this review written after I had completed the 60 days. It's important to take probiotics on a daily basis - at least 2x a day if not 3 (before meals). I managed to get in 2x/day and some days (particularly in the first 2 weeks) it was 3 x a day.I like this probiotic because the capsules are not huge. They are easy to open if you have difficulty swallowing pills or capsules. I don't have that problem but it was worth testing this portion of it out. I found that the addition of this probiotic was a good fit with other digestive enzymes, probiotics and healthy foods I was trying to assimilate into my diet. I found that my indigestion has been massively reduced-- thanks to these probiotics along with reducing the amount of sugar I was taking in. Also reducing the amount of red meat made a huge difference too.I chose the 10 strain version over the 13 strain because I know that my gut was being very tempermental and I needed to adjust to what I thought was a solid product. Turns out I was right in "trusting" my gut to this product. I found it to be a great addition to my regiment to cleaning up my gut and my health goal.If you want to start taking a probiotic, I think the 10 strain is a great way to start at least the first 60 days. You might find it is a perfect fit for your body. Now that I feel like my body is getting a bit more stable, I am going to switch up to the 13 strains version to give it more probiotics for another 60 days!

No stranger to taking probiotics to improve my digestive system. The function of probiotics is to add the good bacteria back into your system. Help balance it out from the bad bacteria. Taking probiotics have many health benefits. Besides working with your gut. Some research has shown it to help with skin conditions, allergies and oral health. When I have had eczema flare up, I had not known at the time about this.The first day I took Probiotics - 10, it intensified the gut pain I already had. The second day, the same. But I did not give up and continued with it. Had already been bound up. So the pills had a job to do. Gradually my body has felt better. After a month, do feel it has helped to a point.I do like the easy to take capsules, since some tablets are harder for me to swallow. No problem going down and no aftertaste. Made in the USA. Plus the price is right for a 60 day supply.Everyone is different. What works for one person may not for another. For myself, I feel I need more time. Perhaps a higher supplement, which a 13 strain is offered with this company. There have been many good reviews where it has worked wonderfully for others. As with all supplements, it depends on individual basis on how your body reacts.My suggestion is to try Probiotics - 10 and see if it works for you.
