Run away do not even think about it. I purchased this item because I have a looong stay in Africa.I purchased this thing to step down the power so my daughter can use her key broad. It doesn’t even come on. Doesn’t work. Doesn’t work doesn’t. Learn from me don’t buy it. It got one star for fast delivery.

I’ve taken this on 2 international trips (Italy and Qatar) and have worked well in both countries.

Am satisfied with the product, i needed help because i was unsure if i can use it Europe with my flat iron and hair dryer that i bought in USA and when sent an email to customer care service, and a lady called Anna explained perfectly what to do and am happily using this product in Norway.

We purchased this product because our tiny travel clothes steamer can’t be used for our trip to the Philippines. Their standard voltage is 220v. This little thing was perfect, easy to pack and worked for our 110v clothes steamer. The USB ports also helped with using to charge some of our devices. We didn’t have to use some of our charging bricks. If you need someone to convert or step down from 220v to 110v, buy this thing!

I did used as a convertor in Athen with mixed results. Didn’t power a hair dryer or a hair straightener.

I ordered two of these Adapter/Converters for us to use on a recent trip. One worked perfectly, the other jammed somehow inside so it could not be plugged in properly. Upon return from the trip, I contacted the supplier, sent pictures and described the problem that happened, and within a few days, Ann at the supplier had sent me a replacement for the broken item. Service was amazing... and I'm very happy with the product. I recommend both!
