Sibling + 1998

I am such a BIG fan of early Cure that I was completely shocked at hearing Radio Berlin...but in a good way. O.k. here's the low down on what I think of my fave tracks..."I want to fall into your garden" - if that doesn't sound like a Cure track to you then wow! I mean "The hanging garden"!"Heart of Industry" sounds a little like "a short term effect" I mean if even repeats the cure's lyric "a static white sound""The Yesteryear" o.k come on "A Hundred years" anybody?It even brushes on the same theme!"Reciver's end" has almost the same tune as "A strange day" but the singing is more akin to Joy Division on this track.Everytime i hear this CD i hear something new. I can hear a little bit of "Faith" and a few times I swear he is going to sing "The Figurehead" But don't get me wrong this is a little more than a cure sound alike to me it is a resurrection of all that I loved about the cure and they have alot of new things to say as well and a few uniqe sounds of their own. ENJOY!!!! I know you will!
