I've used these before and they do work. You have to be patient if you are not a fit person because the transformation can take some time. Nonetheless, I'm a 51 year female and with a lean diet and proper exercise I can get into tip top shape within three months tops and my legs, butt and abs never looked better before taking these babies!!! So I received these thinking that they would help with an overall body fat % drop.. on the bottle itself it markets as if your stomach fat % will drop. Truth is you cannot spot reduce... But anyways, I am very disappointed in these. They did not do the job they said they were going to do in losing body fat. Again, was not expecting on just one specific area because it is impossible to do that. They do not work and honestly upset because I wasted my money on a silly product.

This is probably one of the best supplements out there in the game. Take as instructed and have a good workout regime along with a calorie deficit and prepare to see great results!

Got these at Costco first, lost some belly fat so far but maybe I would get better results by changing my diet. Nonetheless, I can see results which is always a good thing.
