Good fit and great price. It does not make sense to change your belt and reuse your idler pulley and tensioner. Pay a little now and avoid big problems and costs down the road. Here is a tip take lots of cellphone pictures and\or draw a belt routing diagram before you start. Work slowly on a cool engine.

Good fit, but missing important part - Dust cap
The item is as described and fits well, but what is not disclosed is that the dust cap from the original idler pulley does not fit the new pulley and it does not come with one. Without the dust cap, the expected life of the bearings inside the pulley is reduced dramatically. Please send a dust cap

Respect your vehicle
You have to use a rigging pin to lock your old tensioner in place, in order to access the lower bolt. I used a short piece of an old "weenie" paint roller. The new part fits exactly on my 98 w210 (e320). I had made the mistake of replacing the belt but not the idler and tensioner. Ended up with a pound of belt "cord" wrapped around the fan pulley on a 100 degree day, with $200 groceries in the back and my whole family of 6 of us. Replace your pullies regularly. MB are unforgiving, they need to be coddled, and then they will respond well. Clean out your egr valve tube while you're at it. And replace your vacuum lines.
