So glad we got these before Irma hit.
These saved our lives during Hurricane Irma - well not literally, but.... We got one for each cell phone a few days before the hurricane hit and I can't imagine what we would have done without them. There is an excellent video here on the review page that gives you an overall explanation of how to use the charger.They arrived completely charged with enough juice for three recharges on a cell. One of us has a Samsung Galaxy S, another has a Samsung Galaxy J3V. The charger arrived with a cord that has a USB connector on one end and a place to plug it into your phone on the other end. This end is also where you plug it into the BlitzWolf when it needs recharging after you've drained it. Then the USB end goes into a wall plug with USB port (not provided). When it's charged, switch the cord around and charge your phone from your BlitzWolf. As I mentioned, the video on here is a much better way to get this picture.The four blue dots on the end of the BlitzWolf keep you apprised of how much charge you have left to use. No sudden surprise when it's about to die. So with the BlitzWolf we were connected to the outside world during three days of widespread power-outage and trees blocking roads. Of course our internet was down, too, so I just turned my cell on Mobile Hotspot and was able to keep using my laptop computer until the battery died. When we finally had access to electricity at a friend's house, it took almost three hours to "refill" the BlitzWolf units.I'm going to order 2 more of these, especially at the price they are now, because I want one for my car and one for my tote bag. Cannot imagine being without it now. It has become one of life's essentials. The only thing I had to add to the recharger "kit" besides the wall plug was a small bag to keep the parts together. It would be too easy to lose that second pull-off tip and you would be up the creek.

Love this thing. I take it with me in my car all the time. Like that I only need one cord to charge it, then charge my phone from it with the USB-C input. Many others have micro usb that makes you need two cords if your phone is a USB- C. Charges full more than once and is fairly compact. Would recommend for non apple users.

This is the only option*
*At the moment, this is the only 2x18650 sized power bank with a USB Type C port that works for both charging and discharging.It works, and doesn't have the issue where a fully charged phone starts charging the power bank.Unless this product violates the USB spec in some way, I'll keep recommending it for anyone looking for a pocketable USB Type C charger.Perhaps the only way to improve it is to incorporate USB Power Delivery fast-charging technology.Other notes: The first unit I received was defective and wouldn't charge. Blitzwolf promptly sent a free replacement.

super handy
This was very useful on a recent trip to Europe. With only 1 converter, we had to juggle which devices we could charge. I would charge this at night or while we were out of the hotel. Then I could charge my phone when I got back. It is more than enough to charge my Note 8 with a little left over. The size is reasonable, and I really like the fact that it has a usb C.

Works well with our Google Pixel Phone
Purchased this for my wife to use with her Google Pixel phone while traveling in Spain. It worked great and enabled her to keep her phone alive while out touring during the day. I wish the power bank would charge as fast as it can charge the things plugged into it.

Sleek, light weight and works well
I have been using this for the last few months and I never had an issue with this product. Tried connecting my mini air humidifier, phone, my mini drone, garmin watch, etc. and all of them worked like a charm. Perfect size! Great Quality!
