Alcatel 1B 2022 all carriers Sim Free Smartphone, 5.5" HD+, 32+2GB, 3000 mAh

It's important to state right off the bat that this is not comparable to an iPhone or Samsung. But then again, neither is its price tag. I paid £60 for this new, and am very impressed that I got a perfectly functional smart phone for that price. I should add here that this phone would drive me crazy, as I am used to iPhones and start raging if something takes a microsecond to respond, but my son doesn't know any better, so it works well for him. All apps tried so far run smoothly, the battery seems good, and the screen is good enough. It is slow to respond at times - which, like I say, I would struggle with - so, you might open an app an wait a second for the phone to register that you have tried to open. Scrolling isn't always instantaneous either. But overall, for its price, this is a pretty impressive piece of kit, and a perfect starter phone.

Great phone for the price. Speed good. Battery life good. No NFC unfortunately. On screen keyboard a little to small and would like to make text larger (May be possible but haven’t figured this out yet). After 1 month of use really happy with this.

Looks great, easy to set up and use, touch screen excellent smooth and fast. Sound and picture are great, battery lasts for ages, and the memory absolutely perfect for my usage.Brilliant phone.

For its bargain basement price performance is very good. Pretty fast, well featured, and you can remove/replace the battery, so if it packs in you don't have to buy a new phone. Naturally it doesn't take studio quality photos but they are perfectly acceptable for the price. My only criticism is the display is difficult to see outside in bright sunshine even with the brightness on max. Nonetheless I highly recommend this phone.

Bought to replace a 3G Alcatel. This phone has much stronger volume and a slightly larger screen. Sometimes buttons have to be tapped repeatedly to get them to work. It has a custom system (which is for business phones) so some system updates cause the phone app permissions to default to settings that would enable a company to monitor calls. I don't want, for example, the sound recorder app to make and manage calls, so I have to reset the permissions after an update.

Bought this Alcatel 1b thinking it was brand new, since there was nothing to say otherwise, and received a second hand phone. The phone works fine and is indeed unlocked. Thankfully, I'm only using it for a basic task so not too bothered however, the principle still remains. If I knew the phone was second hand and not new, would I have purchased it. Probably not as I could've gone straight to EBay and got one much cheaper. I do hope that Amazon and their subsidiaries would be a bit more transparent in the future when describing an item honestly.

So I bought this phone because it was quite reasonably priced and my Samsung phone broke. I thought it will do. But it's actually very good !! Easy to set up and use. Have added my own wallpaper put it in a phone case and it looks and works as well as any expensive smartphone. Well chuffed!!!!

Just received this phone and the description is misleading. It isn't like new it's got scratches all over the screen. Will see how it works but not happy with how scratched it is. If it effects the running of the phone I will be returning it.

Ich habe ein Smartphone in der günstigsten Preisklasse gekauft, da ich es selten nutze und nur für wenige Dinge brauche.Einen auswechselbaren Akku wollte ich unbedingt dabei haben, da ich dieses Telefon hoffentlich lange behalten werde - und meiner Erfahrung nach die Akkus mit der zeit immer weniger Kapazität haben.Auf den Fotos hat das Display schon eine Display-Schutzfolie - die gehört aber nicht zu diesem Angebot dazu!Tip zum Öffnen der Rückseite:An einer Längsseite das Telefon fest umgreifen, auf der Anderen Seite ist seitlich eine kleine Rille - dann bekommt man das Cover einfach auf. Wenn man es anders versucht wird es ein langes, schwieriges und nervenaufbreibendes Unterfangen...^^Infos:- Die AndroidGo Version ist 11.- Die Apps sind alle schon auf dem Homescreen gelegt, u.a. in einem Ordner für Google Apps.Daher findet man mit dem gewohnten Wischen nach unten keine weitere App.Ich hatte lange versucht einen Dateimanager zu finden, aber selbst mit Eingabe im Suchfeld "Datei..." wurde nichts angezeigt.- Die App um auf die eigenen Dateien zuzugreifen nennt sich "Files" und liegt im Google-Ordner :-)- Das Spiel Clash of Clans funktioniert auf dem AndroidGo wunderbar - falls es Jemanden interessiert.- Das Handy ist nicht das Schnellste, wenn es um die Menüführung usw. geht - aber reicht für meine Anwendungszwecke vollkommen aus.- Der Akku hält im Standby mindestens 2 Tage durch - ich schätze noch einige mehr.Da es seinen Zweck erfüllt, günstig ist und dazu einen auswechselbaren Akku hat - 5 Sterne und Kaufempfehlung.

schönes Design mit neuem Accu. Wird aber heiss und dann ist ein Neustart nicht mehr möglich.Beim Laden schaltet sich das Handy ein, dann aus, dann ein.. 24 Std und länger das gleiche Szenario auch mit Powerbank. -Ein Bastelobjekt für meine Enkel :-)

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem bestellten Handy. Habe es zurückgeschickt und nach kurzer Zeit eine Rückerstattung erhalten, super Service, gerne wieder. LUTZ
