BRAIN PHARMA Happy Dreams - 30 Tabs

I discovered this product when I was on jury duty about 6 months ago, I was on a long trial and attempting to work before and after court as well so my sleep schedule was getting crazy. I prefer natural products, but was ready to go get regular old sleeping pills when a good friend who travels internationally for work recommended a combination he swears by - now I see why! I have never had a sleep aid work this well - ever. The  Brain Pharma HAPPY DREAMS , helps you fall asleep very gently and naturally. The  Natrol Sleep N Restore Tablets  helps you both stay asleep and wake up truly rejuvenated and refreshed. The The  Brain Pharma HAPPY DREAMS  and  Natrol Sleep N Restore  combination is also gentle enough that even while in Chemotherapy (when you can't take other drugs for fear interactions) my Oncologist read over both labels and said they were absolutely fine to use during my Chemo. SO SO happy to have something for when I can't sleep. (FYI - The Sleep N Restore smells awful from the valerian root. Tip: Hold your breath before you open the individual blisters and swallow quickly so you don't have to smell it!)

I typically use melatonin as a sleep aid, but sometimes I know I need a bit more but not so much as an excedrin PM. That is when I use Brain pharma's Happy Dreams, so very infrequently. I feel rested in the morning, much more so than if I had taken an excedrin PM.

Prior to trying Happy Dreams, I always struggled falling asleep and there were many nights where I did not sleep at all. I have always been weary of trying prescription medications so when I saw Happy Dreams, which is all natural, I thought I would give it a try. Since I have been taking it, I have been sleeping much better. I strongly recommend it.

If you're looking for a sleep aid that will knock you out quickly, this isn't really for you. I didn't get sleepy right away with this product, but it certainly did help me to relax before bed. Plus I was not expecting it to make me have an almost high like feeling which was quite a pleasant surprise. Normally I wake up quite often during the night, but with this product I sleep soundly without waking up & am actually able to wake up on time feeling like I've slept a full 8hrs even if I had only gotten 4hrs. This is a great product! Two thumbs way up! :-D

We have purchased these for a couple of years, usually from another vitamin type store and not online. This time by the time we had a third of the bottle left the pills started to smell toxic and like sewage. The smell was so bad that I could hardly open the bottle. I call the manufacturer, Pharma, and they told me that they would do nothing about the smell and they refused to give me any information about the product. Pharma's remedy was to call the Amazon store to return the product. Sorry Pharma, you lost me.

I have used these off and on for several years. For me, it doesn’t make me fall asleep but I wake up feeling much better rested. It ultimately gives me much better quality sleep. I will continue using this product!!

this product from my experience is good for naps, not a nights sleep. It didn't put me out for long. About 2 hrs at the most.

These pills worked, they actually made me feel a little relaxed after talking one, but of course they are no longer available. But they still make the energy version called Happy Pills.
