Side sleeping made comfortable
I was getting pain where my pelvis meets my spine and inside my hip joints whilst side sleeping. My mattress felt too firm causing my back to twist even with a pillow between my knees. This lumbar support worked for me without the need for the additional padding. I thought it may flatten in time but I’ve been using it several months and it’s still giving me excellent sleep.

Product of high quality but didn't help with hip pain
For me personally it didn't work. I have hip problems and wanted to move the pressure from the hip to the ribs. Didn't help. Quality of product is good and might help other people.

Game Changing Back Pillow
Simply fantastic. Brilliant design, brilliantly executed. It has made a huge impact on my sleep - more restful and refreshing. The removable pad which you take out before you go to sleep is a genius idea: it gives a fabulous gentle stretch to my spine and supports me beautifully when sitting on a chair. My husband has pinched mine having tried it once and so l am ordering I another. I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

Didn't work and it cannot be washed
I have lower back pain and that's the main reason why I bought this item. The only relief I felt was removing it after attempting to sleep three nights with it. Obviously it depends on the nature of the pain etc, but my experience was awful. I tried removing the inserts and it was the same. As many other reviews pointed out, the fact that it cannot be washed is just idiotic.

Don't bother buying this?? a rolled up towel much more comfortable . It's hard and not flexible for back. Sorry but it's not worth the money.
