It’s a very good training aid
First off it’s heavy. Thats good but also will take time to build up arm strength. The weight has a very good side effect, it will drop your arms down into the slot. You will not get away with excessive wrist games. I first went out and chipped left handed with a wedge without the brace. Put it on and again chipped left handed. Really does well to get a consistent ball strike. You want that click from the club when impact is pure. Then did 1/2 speed swings hitting balls. The brace really allows you to groove the proper forearm rotation and release on the downswing through impact. Your face impact is very good and consistent. Balls flew effortlessly once you dial it in and impact noise was very sharp. The weight takes you through almost on its own and minimal thought of rotation on the weighted arm does the trick. You will be pulled to your left side. That was surprising. The drills are nice. But I really didn’t need them. The ball strike and rotation through an easy swing was a revelation and surprising benefit. We’ll worth the price. You’d use of buckets of balls and not get the feel what I just described. Money well spent and I’m a scratch golfer recovering serious left knee damage. Completely lost my swing in recovery. After this, went to range without brace and had a great iron and driver session. For me, this brace is a keeper.

Works Great BUT
The product works great as advertised. It can help with consciously, keeping your arm straight to the top of the back swing. But you may find, as I did, that my bending arm was symptom of improper take away at address which included wrist hinge, lead arm pinned against chess and go to far in back swing and losing angle in trail arm. By me correcting the aforementioned, I don't have any arm bending problem and thus no use for this product other than paper weight for garage

Nice product to battle chicken wing
I haven't even used this yet but I wanted to drop a review before I forget. I have tried it out at home with several swings and so far I'm impressed - it seems to do exactly what it says. You will really have no choice but to keep your arm straight when you use this. It's comfortable, well made and looks like it will last a long time.I had been looking at videos on Youtube on how to cure the dreaded golf chicken wing. I was about to head to the hardware store to get some flexible piping to wear as an arm sleeve but I found this and it looked like a much classier option. The primary reason I'm dropping a positive review is because I read on the inside of the insert that comes with it that it's made in South Korea and seems to be made of very high quality materials like silicon insert, a steel brace and PVC. I almost couldn't bring myself to spend this much on a simple swing aid, and although I still think it's expensive for what it is at least it isn't cheaply made.If you suffer from chicken wing as I think just about every golfer does in one degree or another (scratch golfers excluded) if you have the money to spend I think this would be a good investment. Just be careful, read the instructions and don't attempt a full swing. Take it nice and slow and let it do its job of training your brain to keep your arm STRAIGHT. Happy hitting!

It's Effective if you Do the Drills - It's not for a full swing!
It's effective if you follow the 3 drills, the 2 different shoulder turn drills and the backswing "L" to the downswing/forward "L" drill. Obvisouly you can't do a full forward swing cause the left arm has to bend so don't try that. The weight just gives you a little more MOI so you can get a little more turn on your backswing. I'll do the drill for about 5-10 minutes and then take it off and do the drills without the brace just to get that same feeling with my left arm. Then I hit some balls with the L-to-L swing and then hit some with my full swing. It's really helping me get that muscle memory of how my left arm should feel when it's straight. I have not tried the advance drill with it on my right arm for my follow through position yet, but it seems to make sense. Again, you will obviously bend your right arm but it would seem to help me keep it straight up to that point before the bend. Study the video and then give it a try!

Pricy, but hey, this is for golfers
I need this device to remind me that my arm is not straight. Therefore, it is a good "medical" device for my mental fitness. It is pricy, but I could not find a better alternative from Amazon. Therefore, it worth every penny when it helps improve my game.

Not for me
Didn’t like the product. Kept slipping down. Over priced for what it is. Not really a one size fits all

Straight arm
Not a gimmick, I pratice in my garage on a mat and it really does keep your arm straight. The weight on the wrist really makes you follow thru. Kinda expensive but I love it
