I first heard this song at a live performance in Carnegie Hall in NYC. I was brought to tears.On top of all that, there are some AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL songs on this album. Elliot Smith, Big Harp, Bright Eyes, Rio Bravo, and the list goes on and on. It is worth buying this on Vinyl, CD, and MP3 just so you always have it around. This album is for fans of Saddle Creek's bigger names as well as many other artists that come from places other than Omaha, NE (there is something in the water there. or maybe it's the corn. it is probably the corn.)I can't tell you that you'll like this soundtrack if you like _________. But i can tell you that anyone that loves/ likes/ once heard (circle one) folk or "indie" music, this is probably worth having. I would buy it just to hear N. Walcott and M. Mogis teamed up with Big Harp. Those are 4 amazing artists collaborating on one song that I wish were 2 minutes and 54 longer!!!

Just when you are ready to say never again to love, along comes a movie that will have you rethinking that decision. Fun, sexy, thoughtful, intelligent entertainment at its best. Stuck In Love will have you stuck on loving the pursuit of love for a long time to come. Excellent movie. One of the best indie soundtracks I've heard in a long time. Between the Bars by Elliott Smith is so thought provoking you may never take another sip. Hats off to Nat Wolff, Greg Kinnear has to be one of the sharpest underrated actors of all time. Jennifer Connelly and Lily Collins are at their best, and Logan Lerman, not too shabby! A movie with heart and soul. You will be happy that you rented it.

This is an amazing collection of songs by some of the best "indie" artist today and is worth owning regardless of whether you have watched the movie or not. If you do watch the movie and know these songs, you'll appreciate how well-suited the music is to the particular scenes of the movie. It is also worth buying because of lot of these tracks aren't available on the music streaming services.

I recently watched this movie, and was so taken by the songs, I had to have the cd. Careful-some of them are tearjerkers, but in a good way!

Love the soundtrack to this great movie! If you haven't seen the movie watch it soon. You'll enjoy it too.

didn’t have all the songs i wanted :/ the main songs aren’t on the record

There are a good, 3 or 4 songs that are not on the vinyl but are however on the CD version. "Home" is not on here, along with "American Man" and "I Won't love you any less". The last two songs are advertised to be included in the track listings, that's false advertising and to be honest i find it very deceiving and borderline illegal. Just keep that in mind before you purchase this album on vinyl. I was very excited to buy it and listen to it, what a huge let down..

Wonderful soundtrack, has it all............up beat music, soothing music, reflective music, gotta move music..............it's a great story and the music tells the story right along with the dialogue.

The disk was very scratched. I had to treat it with toothpaste for it to be readable. That sucked... but it came early and I couldn’t find it anywhere else. Wish it cost less for the shape it was in. Not very happy with my experience.

This is an amazing soundtrack to listen to. My personal favourite song on the soundtrack is Somersaults in Spring by Friends of Gemini. The only let down is that Home by Edward Sharp and the Magnetic Zeros is not in the soundtrack. Overall it was a great purchase and a great soundtrack. I would HIGHLY recommend buying this soundtrack on vinyl, it gives it a whole other feel and experience that you wont get by streaming or listening to on a CD.

This soundtrack is really lovely and the record was in great condition.
