The media could not be loaded.  The only drawback is it’s a little too tall for my tiny boy, it took him about 5 minutes to understand how it worked but about another 10 to figure out he needs to climb up instead of trying to throw the ball into it. He still wants me to throw the ball more than he wants to use this but if I ignore him long enough he’ll use it. My other dog shreds the balls and they get stuck if too much of the fluff is sticking out. Also it can be a bit inconsistent in the distance and height it throws so you definitely need to aim it right for indoor use.

I have 2 little ShihPoo's that weight 13-15#. Both are non-stop full of energy and playing... constantly. So I purchased this machine with much hesitation because of the cost. Much to my surprise they love it. Within 1/2 hr they figured out how to put the ball in the machine and did it by themselves. It's hysterical watching both of them waiting for the ball to come out. They have also figured out to get out of the way... funny when they get hit... lol. This is definitely for little dogs. Comes with 3 very small tennis balls (they already had them) and has 3 throwing adjustments. The nice thing is that it is rechargeable and can be used when plugged in. The less expensive machines did not have this option. I would purchase this again; it's great!!

I ordered this with the hopes that it would work as said.. unfortunately this ball shooter does not shoot the distance that it says. It’s lucky if it shoots 5 ft out of the port. Highly disappointed. If I could’ve rated a “0” I would have.

The ball launcher worked great. The only problem was our German Shepard is tall and when he would drop the ball in it would bounce out the lower backside. I taped a dog surgical collar around the back and it work out much better.

The media could not be loaded.  Having fun with this automatic ball launcher; it has three different distance settings for use with standard-size tennis balls.I am still working on training my Frenchie to place the ball back in the launcher himself so I can take a break! :)

Well, they seem like a great idea and my dog is very intrigued, he was more interested in tearing the mini tennis balls apart, then putting them back in the machine. Even if he would put them in the machine, you cannot buy any other replacement balls, other than their tennis balls, which my dog loves to tear apart. If they had other balls, I would be much more likely to recommend this. If your dog does not tear apart balls this is probably a great toy, otherwise, it’s quite an expensive toy that you cannot buy indestructible balls, for.

Perfect for variety if I could only get my dawg to put the ball in! It requires a smaller ball btw normal tennis ball won’t fit. Too small and it does t launvh far. Soft ones don’t seem to go out easy. But right size it’s cool diversion

It was nice for the first day but now after a few weeks it won’t shoot the ball.

Tengo un Pomerania de 5 meses y le cuesta jugar, quizás después de muchos días de intento siga la pelota y después de meses aprenda solita a meterla en el agujero. La pelota le quedo un poquito grande y por eso creo que le cansa la mandíbula y prefiere jugar con sus peluches con ellos si va y lo los trae.La calidad del productos le doy un 7 y estaría mejor que fuera de batería recargable ya que tiene que estar conectado a la corriente al menos que compres varias pilas.

Como es para Mascotas pequeñas , se asustan con el ruido que hace para lanzar la pelota y no quieren si acercarse para depositar la pelota. Algo importante a considerar antes de comprar y que no se indica asi es que si lo devuelves los costos de importación te los restan , para mi pocoMas de 300 pesos que no me devolverán, lleva 10 dias mi devolución y aun no me regresan mi dinero

El producto en si cumple la funcion, a mis perros no les agrado nada así q lo regrese a la caja y ahora vive en el closet, dinero desperdiciado
