It appears to be a good, affordably priced, solidly built device.
I paid full price for this item. I was not compensated in any way.My initial impression of this Maximum-Minimum Thermometer is excellent! Exactly what I needed with both Max & Min on display without having to press a button to obtain them, and without a lot of other information which I didn't need in my application. The device feels solidly built. The reset/clear button is responsive without too much force required. It does not auto-reset, which is a positive from my point-of-view. The display is clear and large enough to read across a room. Included is a required AA battery. There is no mounting hardware included. But, hey, you most likely have a few loose screws (for that purpose). At first, I thought it would be nice if there were two holes for mounting, then I realized that without the ability to pivot off of its single top hole, battery changing would mean having to dismount the device, to gain access the battery compartment, located on the back side. I've mounted mine on a 2x4 in my shed, and pivoting the device allows access. So, that works out well.I haven't made any attempt to measure its accuracy. But, my experience with these inexpensive thermometers is that their inherent inaccuracies are likely overshadowed by imperfect mounting locations/conditions. Usually no more than a degree or two F°. Yeah, that is much greater than the display's implied precision of 0.2° F, but close enough for most purposes. If you actually require 0.2° precision, you'd better be prepared to shell out much bigger bucks. It appears to be a good, affordably priced, solidly built device.

This is a good product
I have a couple of these in our pump houses to monitor the history of inside temperatures. These are easy to use and seem to work fine. I ordered a third one to place by some plants my wife has in a room to monitor the high and low temperatures. Again, no problem with performance.

Simple and easy.
Had an old mercury thermometer that would push a little iron impregnated piece to the high and low temps and leave it. Worked great, but broke. The analog replacement had alcohol or some other fluid and want as good. This is easy to set up, read at a distance, and is accurate. I bought two, set them side by side, and they are within .2 degrees of each other. Placed by older trusted thermometers, they seem accurate.

Doesn't work for min temp
Put it in our greenhouse. Worked for a couple of months. Then it started reporting bizarre min temps. Pretty sure it's not 20deg colder in the greenhouse than the overnight low outside. Changed the batteries. Didn't help. Also randomly switches readout to Celsius. Does seem to provide accurate current temp when you look at it.

Simple, easy to use Min. & Max. Thermometer
Works great, as described but the battery they sent with it was dead so double check that before you return it.

Accurate and easy to use
I checked it against some other thermometers I’ve calibrated, and it seems to be accurate. Easy to read and to reset. I used it to see what the temperature range has been in a steel shed storing tractor. Used it inside house to see what the actual temperature range in the bedrooms is when the thermostat cycles untouched in the living room. Thinking of other uses. Inexpensive and may buy more.

Very useful item
I have three of these in operation. One of them is several years old and is still working without a hitch. The other two are somewhat newer, but I've had no issues with them. The batteries also last a very long time. I will purchase more as needed.

Well House temp gauge
We're on a rural property with a small well house with the pressure tank located away from our home and get freezing temp's in wintertime. It has a small space heater but I wanted to be sure the interior temp stays above freezing. This gauge is perfect = I check it whenever we have subfreezing overnight weather and reset it for the next time - no guesswork.
