Great for practice
I set this up with the tennis retrieve net the same company sells and can work on drills and skills indoors and out! No, it doesn't put the ball out to you like a $5,000 machine but it DOES allow you to work on skills and drills. I love it!

Waste of mechanics
I'm not usually a very blunt reviewer but this one deserves it. It's literally a piece of junk and not worth the wait. I held out hope for it and opened the box. It was literally back inside the box less than 10 minutes later. Putting it together is "easy" but the pieces don't fit together very well and it leaves gaps at the connection points. The tabs don't snap to form a tight seal. If you get lucky and the tabs do happen to allow for the pieces to come together (again, they don't snap) the heat in the summer will make it bow out and it will create a gap your first summer. The name indicates that it can hold baseball and tennis balls. I suppose if you hold your hand at the opening and force each ball into the launch area, it might work. However, that really takes away the need for the little ball ramp. The opening to the launch area will not smoothly allow for regular sized balls to drop down into the launch area. The motor was very weak and I thought it was going to die. So you can't expect it to launch very far, should you actually get a ball into the launch area. Save yourself some frustration and buy something else.

Tilts the wrong way
Balls are served better with the machine tilted forward. But the setup is backwards. The balls get stuck in the feeder when you try tilting it forward

Decent product for the amount you pay
For the most part, it works great. The only complaint I have is that every now and then the ball gets stuck either on the track or at the part where it’s shot up. It’s more of a design issue. Also the quality of plastic is not great. But overall, it’s pretty much what you would expect for the amount you pay. It is great for some casual hitting, but not something I would buy if you use it regularly.

Ball Feed Misalignment
The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like this. For my needs I think it would have been sufficient, even though I think for what it is, it's overpriced. But there's nothing else out there in this price range for home use so I gave it a solid try. Unfortunately it has a design flaw that after much consideration, I decided to return it.The design flaw is that there is nothing holding the ball feed in place when attached to the launching machine. It becomes misaligned on its own even when the machine is not in use. But when it happens during play, the next ball can't drop down to be launched. I have to turn the machine off, push the end back into place, push the stuck ball through and then I get two more balls to launch before it does it again.I found it frustrating that I wasn't able to use the machine in the manner it was intended and something much needed was omitted from the manufacturing process.

Loving it!!
I’ve had this a while now and I am pleasantly surprised! Great for gaining repetition and practice. Can be powered by a chord or battery, this is great if you’re wanting to bring it to tennis courts!! It has held up great and is amazing for the price!!

Good tool for kids practice
Got this machine to help with kids tennis practice. It feeds the balls pretty well with good break time in between each feed. It lobs the ball at a slow pace. It is a little loud but it's not bad if you play it outdoor. Not strong enough to shoot the balls across the net to the other side, but works well with my small kids and I don't need to worry about they get hurt accidentally.
