Not sure why this product has low reviews. I personally recommend this to guys who wants to go longer. Im talking 45 min to and hour. Longest I’ve gone was 2.5 hours. AND it doesn’t numb your part like other products.

This item definitely worked, I think I might have applied a little too much of the gel which left the skin on my penis feeling tingly. It took me a while to orgasm. The gel numbed my penis head and whilst I could still feel sensation it wasn't as much as it would be without the gel.
