Got these with the silver ones too love them. had since 2015 and they still look new. Fit perfectly in my regular timberlands and in my timberlands earthkeepers. They last long stop pulling so tight and you won't have any problems. These are just for style and not everyday uses. Just think of it as jewelry for your shoe. Jewelry pops if you are pulling on it too hard. You can adjust them just take your time you can even put a necklace clamp to keep them from slipping out you shoe if it helps. Just put them back in the bags they came in and not don't worry I have my silver ones in the red timberlands for 2 years now and the still look new. And yes I have been in the rain with them.

Perfect for what I needed them for love them

I laced these up in my 6in Black Football Leather Timberlands (sz 13) and they compliment nicely. As others mentioned, it's essentially jewelry for your feet and not meant to be functioning laces that you pull on tight and tie. Only get these if you're looking to style a shoe or boot that can be worn loose. This is first impression only. I haven't worn them out yet so can't speak on durability.

I love the way they look. Evidently, they're just for show and not as practical laces to keep your shoe tight to your foot. My only complaint, I wish they were just a tad longer, but they seem to fit my shoes well from having small feet. They also take a little effort to tie, but they do stay put#

I bought these for show. I read the reviews and knew they wouldn't tie tightly. They look great on my gold sneakers, my only complaint is they are too long. Probably best for high top shoes, but I'll figure out a way to shorten them.

It is alright, I expected them to be a bit wider then what I received and the colour is darker in the photos then in person.
