I ordered the wrong width initially. The customer service was excellent! They sent me a corrected size at no additional cost. It now fits perfect and looks great!

Our Contractor installed 48x48 inch windows in the entire home. No two windows measure the same width so ordering by companies that have 1/2 inch increments was a problem. I sent them the width measurements on 3 windows and all fit the windows perfectly. Very happy with what we received.

I love these custom blinds ! They are very well made as long as you measure correctly, they will be a perfect fit. They are light filtering since i bought them for the living room but provide excellent privacy as well. The material used is high quality. The value of this product cannot be matched at any custom blind store that offers this service ie:home depot/lowes or custom shops. Give this company a try you won’t be disappointed. I received them in less than 2 wks after placing order.

The shades were the wrong size (manufacturer error). It took a few tries to get the company to take them back. I have to pay postage for the return.
