I'm glad to have this.
Product was refurbished but it looks like it's new. I easily loaded my music library without any trouble. I'm very pleased with the I-Pod and I'm glad to have received it so quickly.

Complete piece of crap
I previously had nothing but good experiences with refurbished items. A month or so ago I ordered a refurbished ipod that turned out to be a total piece of crap. I wasn’t soured by one bad experience and ordered a replacement BUT IT’S ALSO A PIECE OF CRAP!!! It just stops at random points in songs and skips to another track. It will become unresponsive to all taps and scrolling, and also spontaneously turns itself off. I may not have uploaded the review I wrote of the first one but it repeatedly decided that it had zero music loaded, requiring me to resync it several times in as many days, and the last straw was when it lapsed into a loop of the same split-second of music, stuttering endlessly. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Music fills my soul
The music that fills me provides me with rest, with sleep, that can come no other way. At this point sleeping pills and high powered pain medications can not provide the good clean rest that this I-pod provides. The music is clear , fully encircling , providing me with healing rest.

How to Sync with iTunes under Windows 10 on a Dell PC laptop
Apple no longer supports iPods. But iTunes is still available under Windows 10 on a PC (Thank Gawd!) but you have to 1st Menu Account/Authorize the App with your Apple ID and p/w (don't have it? You are SOL) 2.) you can plug in your iPod USB and - IF you are lucky - it will appear with a little iPod icon in the App... but you still can't SYNC with your Music Library (assuming it has been imported into iTune) until 3.) You Right-click "Music" and - specifically - Click Sync Entire Library (mine took an hour for 10,800 pieces (and I hear over 50,000 pieces will NOT work because iPod FAT files can't be indexed that high. So - rather than return the iPod because it won't sync right out of the box - try this and it MAY work (too many variations may make it NOT work) and yoy will be back in iPod Heaven (rather than wasting money of Apple's musically illiterate sense of music being charged at YOU WILL OWN NOTHING AND LIKE IT subscription rates!) Good Luck!

In perfect condition!
I love the iPod classic! Lost my old one in France. Had ordered a renewed one through Amazon once before, and it hadn't functioned. Had to send it back. This one, however, is a keeper! I'm a happy walker-listener once more!
