Excellent device not very comfortable to use and quite difficult to achieve results
I will continue to use this device as regularly as possible although I feel like it's a never ending road. Basically one little stream of light for a lot of different skin issues you need a couple lifetimes to cover the surface or a bunch of machines I don't even know. Holding it in your hand a certain way to get to certain areas is difficult as well it's a wonderful concept but not the easiest to execute unfortunately.

Tremendous Value for Money
I have always felt uncomfortable because of dryness, but since I started using Luminiel it has improved a lot.I suffered from dryness for a long time. In some of the severe cases, my skin would turn red and feel itchy. To the point where sometimes it was difficult to put on my pants. After using Luminiel Y for a month, I have noticed my skin becoming less dry and more moist. It got better with constant use.

High cost, no return
I grabbed this for someone who is post menopausal, and suffers sometimes from dryness. So after a month of using once or twice a day for 20 minutes (she usually had it going in the morning and before bed) there has been no change at all. ZERO.The concept is neat, and it was not really that uncomfortable since it at least was a somewhat flexible material. But after nearly 6 weeks, no results? That's a hard fail in our book.

No. Not THERE.
There is some emerging clinical evidence to support the use of light therapy for removing cellulite. The goal in its use is to shrink adipose tissue by targeting fat cells in the skin. However, I have found ZERO clinical evidence in support of wrapping it around one’s crotch. See your doctor instead. That’s obviously too precious of any area to take chances with. Also, in terms of the claim of reducing odor: The fact is, YOU are a self-cleaning marvel and don’t let anyone try to convince you that you are unclean and that you are better off with technological intervention. There are plenty of good, proven ways to moisturize. Although we are fans of Korean skincare in our home and have visited Korea many times, we do not recommend chasing fads.

interesting
This is an interesting device. I wasn't sure it would be comfortable to use, but it is. It has a separate piece in a shape of feminine pad. It is made of silicone, it is flexible and silky to the touch. There are red lights embedded in it. It clips to the controller device that turns the thing on and off, and also there is a battery inside it. The controller looks very unassuming and discrete, it is just a square brick, so you do not have to hide it when you need to charge it. When you use it, it vibrates for a short time in the beginning, at about halfway, and at the end. It is comfortable to use

Clinically studied light therapy device
Before anyone is dismissing this product as "pseudoscience", the Luminiel Y has been clinically studied. The results of the study showed a 62% reduction in candida bacteria, 23% reduction in lactobacillus bacteria, reduction of odors by 14%, and an 18.8% increase in collagen to improve elasticity. Those are no small numbers. In particular, the candida reduction is huge - and candida is the primary cause of yeast infections, so this device could be extremely helpful for a lot of people.Other potential benefits:Skin lightening, increased moisture/ less dryness, increased sensitivity. It's surprisingly comfortable. Very soft silicon, no hard parts that irritate the skin. You could probably wear this out if you were wearing baggier clothes, but it could show a bit if wearing something more form fitting. The treatments are very simple, just position it, select 1 of the 3 LED modes, and start the device. 20 minutes later your treatment is done and you can remove the device. I try and use it every day, but you could probably get by using it less frequently and still experience benefits.Thoughts:It's really a revolutionary product, and this is actually the first wearable "women's care" light therapy device I've ever seen, so I think it's absolutely fantastic. I've had huge results from other forms of red light therapy for pain relief and reduction in wrinkles. The research is definitely promising, so I'm optimistic this will offer me benefits for skin health and hydration after consistent use.

Comfortable to wear and relatively easy to operate.
I have been using theLuminiel Y Y-zone led light for several weeks. I have found that it seems to operate by a single touch when the battery is attached. The device occasionally vibrates and makes noise and that is not as discreet. I ordered this to see if it would assist with keeping ph levels at normal and help with feminine balance. It is not uncomfortable to wear. I am unsure of the overall effectiveness but there does seem to be some potential and benefit.suggestions for improvement-It is unclear when the device is off. I have simply unplugged it from the led pad after each use in order to turn it off. The instructions were not clear enough on how to turn on-off. I also do not know the benefit of the occasional loud vibrating alert or vibration.
