Material seems like it came from same factory as otter box. Plastic and rubber feel the same. Fit was excellent except speaker port is a bit off center. Sound is not effected. Microphone port, volume and power buttons line up perfect. Clip spring is strong with a hook at bottom to prevent, add more protection from slipping off belt. Clip as a stand is not usable. The lip to hold the clip open is way to small to hold against the spring. My S7 Otterbox had the same problem. You could wedge a pen to hold the clip open making it usable as a stand. The rubber part of the phone snaps into the clip holder same as an Otterbox. The Bixby button is right next to the clip snapping part. Big finger people will find this difficult to push. Who uses Bixby anyway?My one real complaint is the rubber was not properly washed. (might be I just got a unit near end of the life cycle of the batch washing routine). Rubber residue was all over the screen after I put everything together. The residue required window cleaner to get off. It took a couple of cleanings to get it all off with no smearing. You probably can avoid this by dish soap washing everything before putting together.Construction, heavy duty job site people do not want this because of lack of screen protector. Everybody else this case is bit of an overkill.As for durability I can not say yet. Since everything looks, feels land fits like an Otterbox I expect same drop & water resistance. Except for screen scratching.A word about the missing screen protector. I had one on an S7. It made the touching less sensitive. You also lose the that nice smooth feel of the gorilla glass. Considering the phone is now 3 generations old . . .

I've used nothing but Otterbox cases for many years and thought this would be very comparable minus the higher price. The case looks and feels like a real Otterbox, as far as putting it together and removing the case it's about the same pain lol. But after using for 4 days the charging port cover tore off when I plugged it in. It was very uncomfortable using the phone with this piece missing due to the hard plastic so I stopped using. It also didn't work well with my Xtremeguard tempered glass screen protector like my Otterbox did so it was lifting off my screen. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for

I'm going to try it on my phone to see if it will provide the protection I need. I'm not sure the side bumps will provide protection. I like everything else about it but need to make sure the phone is COMPLETELY protectedUpdate ... the bottom socket covers are ANNOYING!! IMO the opening should be reversed so it opens down and not up. So far it's working except for that which gives an error & you have to constantly plug and unplug until the error message goes away

Not even worth one star. Started falling apart 1st day and has progressive Li gotten much worse over the 2 weeks I've had it.The rubber outside case port covers Started ripping off with no effort . The plastic case holding the phone is cracked in multiple locations.Therefore it is not Protecting my phone.I never dropped my phone not even once.It sits on the dash of my rig, Yes it gets bounced around from time to time. I would not recommend this case to anyone

It really works, I got the rose color and it got dirty, especially with my toddler using it, but it really works, my son has threw it a countless time. I changed it for a couple of days, to a otter Case. My son dropped it in the sidewalk and the edge of the screen broke. I should have never changed the case...

Not what I expected from the description. The taps that protect the headphone jack and charger port broke off within a month. Doesn't give the amount of proection that is suggested in the description. Only buy this if you are ready to replace you broken screen..

The delivery was fast. However, I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ phone and this case had no give. It was so tight that it tore off part of my screen protector and cracked on the corner.It seems like a durable case but it does not fit like its suppose to.Live and learn...Otterbox is the only case to buy. Not knock off brands.

Have had well over a year now. Dropped my phone many of times, have been amazed that my screen has not cracked. I will buy and would buy again
