Sherwood SH 25105 Impeller Puller 3/4"-16 Threads 17000 18000 22000 26000 29000

The tool looks to be metal but actually it is plastic. It broke on first attempted use under heavy load trying to remove a 26000K impeller. Probably ok for smaller ones like 17000K but the 26000K is too much for the tool. It needs to be made of metal like a bolt. Secondly, due to close quarters, it was hard to thread with the handle. The ideal tool would have a removable handle so you could thread it on to the impeller, then attach the handle.

Seems to work OK, but it's plastic, which doesn't make me particularly confident in its longevity. Also, the screw-in-a-screw type impeller pullers seem to work better, and I'll probably stick with those going forward.

The tool broke about half way through getting the impeller off. The T handle got in the way also. I would not buy this again. Take a 3/4 fine thread bolt and take the impeller out with a socket. Much quicker and easier. I would rate this zero stars if I could

Indespensible tool to pull those stubborn impellers.
