If you got them trough Amazon you should reach out to Customer Care. Hope you have a tracking number with whom you shipped them back with.

The three pack I received all had 2 pockets

I have a 32in waist and 5'9"and I purchased a med.The draw string waist allowes for allot of room in the waist. The legs are short. Therefore i would recommend a large for your leg length.

Depends on how you want them to fit. I wear a 33” waist and love the medium. But they fit me. Not all lose.
