Travel Umbrella Windproof Folding Umbrella Auto Open And Close Umbrellas All Colors

I wanted to like this umbrella. It had good reviews, and it looked well made when I received it, but it broke the second time I tried to open it. No wind or extreme circumstances were involved, it was just mildly sprinkling and tried to open it to keep dry. When I pushed the button, the mechanism came apart and divided my umbrella into two dangling parts (handle and canopy, connected by the spring), making it useless. The purchase is two days outside of Amazon's 30 day return period, so I cannot return it. I have contacted the seller to see if they will honor their warranty, but for now I must say I am really disappointed with this purchase.Update: I emailed Brolliology, informed them of my problem, and sent pictures of the broken umbrella. Their customer service was excellent, and they sent me a replacement right away. I really appreciated the way they handled the situation, and stood behind their warranty. They have converted me from a very disappointed customer to a happy one. If this umbrella holds up the way it looks like it should hold up I would purchase from them again based on this experience.

Product received Jan 11, 2017Brolliology has been very professional with their level of service. They provided me with an informative email once my umbrella was on it's way. The best thing they did was let me know over email how to properly close this umbrella. If I had not read the email, I would have closed the umbrella like all my other umbrellas by pulling it towards the handle.Great job Brolliology!I have only had the chance to use this umbrella in the rain for one day. Based on this experience, the umbrella held up pretty well in low wind.Update: 11/2019Umbrella lasted 2 years and 10 months. I have used the umbrella between 20-30 times since I bought it on Jan 2017.The umbrella is no longer functional. Pressing the button causes the shaft to extend but the canopy does not expand. If you try to manually expand the canopy, it does not stay expanded.

We purchased 2 of these umbrellas, and had to return one because the closing mechanism didn't work. We opened and closed it as instructed by the company's illustrated insert. It is heavy, and the handle doesn't telescope out as far as i'd like. Hopefully it will perform as promised. The company was quick to replace the defective umbrella.

This umbrella is a very nice product and it works well on windy days. I wish it had a small handle on the umbrella itself as I sometimes like to wrap it around my wrist. I had trouble, after opening the umbrella, getting the jacket to slip back on after closing. The jacket is what has the handle on it, All in all, it's the umbrella I go to on those rainy days. Thank you for a fine product.

I bought three of these umbrellas and intend to give them out as gifts. I like the fact that each came in a fancy box with a ribbon, as there is no need for me to wrap in gift paper. The quality of the umbrellas is superior.

Conveniently opens/closes at the push of a button; fits into a small carry-case. The soft handle feels nice in your hand. It even has vents to prevent blowing inside-out during high winds!

I've owned this for a couple of months now and have delayed reviewing it until I had the chance to use it in some reasonably adverse conditions.The umbrella is very compact and robustly constructed. It has a very short handle which anyone with large hands may struggle with. I found the automatic opening and closing mechanism very stiff to begin with and found it worked better using a 'trigger' type approach rather than than a thumb press.My last few umbrellas have been 'golf' types and that is perhaps why I find the coverage area of this one disconcertingly small. I also find the shaft of the umbrella very short and have to consciously avoid resting it on my head.The main reason for a three star review for this product is that while it is advertised as wind proof it is anything but. At the first gust of wind it turns inside out, indeed far more readily than any of my previous golf type umbrellas. However, it does appear to have the build quality to shrug this off with no damage to the struts. The other wind related issue is that when walking directly into a strong wind, the shaft compacts in towards you pushing the top of the umbrella onto your head.So in summary, it's ok as a compact carry with you umbrella, but don't buy for 'wind proof' reasons

Update to my previous review belowI’m not so thrilled with my purchase now I’ve had a chance to use it more. It’s ok - better than many but not as good as I’d hoped.It blew inside out at the first gust of wind last week although I’ve come to the conclusion that this will likely happen to any foldable/retractable umbrella. As it’s heavier than many I’d hoped this wouldn’t be the case but no such luck. Also it’s awkward to carry without a strap and I’ve already almost left it behind twice because I can’t loop it around my wrist. Still it’s not bad value for money as it’s better than many others on the marketPrevious reviewIt’s hard to be sure about durability because I haven’t had the umbrella long and since I bought it it’s hardy rained. However when it did, it was also windy and this umbrella stood up much better than any other I've ever owned. So far I can’t fault it. One tiny little niggle. I’d’ve liked a loop on the end to hang it up but that’s a tiny detail and just personal preference

Bought one of these last year for my daughter. Thought it was great. Thought I need one of these myself!Last week she broke it. Her fault entirely from improper use. But, as she needs an umbrella, bought her another one and this time, one for myself too. :-)The balance between the collapse size and the size of the canopy is excellent. Some may initially think it doesn't fold that small then realise the size when open which really is suitable (and needed) When caught is a downpour.The quality of the build is superior to all our other brollies. Yes, it comes in a nice box which while pleasant, matters not. It is the brolly itself that matters.I whole heartedly recommend this product especially for those that for whatever reason, need a folding relatively small brolly.

I bought this for my husband whose previous umbrellas have often blown inside out and buckled. Not so with this little beauty! It's heavy, sturdy and reliable. The packaging was a delight .. perfect when giving a gift. Quality service and quick delivery. What more could a customer want???4th April 2017 and I've bought another one ... because "someone" who shall be nameless, put it down and forgot to pick it up again!! Well worth the money; extremely good quality but I've told the nameless one that I'll tie it to his coat if I have to buy another one ....UPDATE: 14/06/2019 High winds damaged the spokes and, on contacting Brolliology and supplying photographs, a replacement has been received. Customer Care, the like of which I can highly recommend. Thank you, folks, you are The BestUPDATE: 23/1/2020 and here we go again. The replacement has just died - won't go up or down - so not as happy as I was last year.This company is a delight to deal with! They've replaced the latest 'dead' brolly with a beautiful new one, without a quibble .. if only all companies were as pleasant to deal with. FIVE STARS

I was taking back how beautifully this every day item was packed. The box with ribbon presentation felt like I just recieved a belated birthday present. The handle of the umbrella is a lovely finish looking instantly expensive. The open and shut button worked perfectly, but it is a bit hard to push the umbrella back down.I've only tested the umbrella in light drizzle and not much wind, but so far it ticks all the boxes. The material seems very durable and luxurious at the same time. I will defo buy this again.This is my own personal review I paid full price for the umbrella wasn't asked to review it by the seller .
