I'm 6' tall. i'm looking for a bag for cardio punching workouts. no heavy mma training. is this bag suitable for me?

If you are sticking to lighter, faster cardio, you should be OK. This bag is fairly easy for an adult to knock over. You will definitely want to use sand to fill the base as it is much heavier than using water. When it says height adjustable from 47' to 68" is that the distance from floor to the TOP/CENTER/BOTTOM of the training bag?

When you first assemble the Original Wavemaster at its lowest point the approximate height would be 47" from the floor to the top of the Wavemaster.
