I haven't used this hose nearly enough to give it a solid review, thus only 3 stars. It is much thinner than I expected, bu it seems to work fine and does retract when turned off. Water flow is good. Coupling with faucet was just fine. What I need to do is stretch it across my lawn to water my roses and see how it does. I'll update my reviews soon.

These hoses are for people that do not really use it daily. They do not perform well under constant use.Pros: light weight, stores small, has a shut off valveCons: Will not last more than 2 or 3 seasons, requires some back pressure to stay stretched out, so it isn't good for filling a pool or any other high volume task.Would be great for condo living.

I love the light wt of this hose and how easy it is to handle! Wishing I had one for my backyard instead of the bulky traditional hose. If the lever at the end of the hose doesn't budge, use a pair of pliers and it will easily move after initial turn. This hose pairs well with the Pocket Hose Holder that hangs off the faucet. Makes for a clean look out front!

I used this product for plants on my covered front porch for about 2 1/2 months. Last week my neighbor knocked on my front door to tell me my front yard was "flooding" and he could hear water gushing somewhere. I went out to investigate to find that the hose had exploded. Prior to this happening I would have given the hose 3 stars as I have had better expandable hoses in the past but served the purpose I purchased it for. Disappointed that I must now get a new hose.

I have only had one use at this point and with cold weather upon us the hose may see very limited use until spring. The one use proved satisfactory. I like the fittings, the hose when empty practically 'disappears" its so light weight and compact.I did buy a warranty since my prior experience with another brand was hose failure after limited use.

Had this for exactly 1 year. Loved it till now. Hose has sprung leak, despite careful use ( fully empty hose after each use, stored in garage fall thru early spring, etc.). Please let me know how to follow up on warranty. Thanks.

Trash, worked well for a month then leaks. Not just at the threads but all over the hose.I originally gave this one star with the reason posted above but the company sent me a new one after the poor review. Ill be updating my review after a month or so of using it
