I am literally never without it. I use it for headaches and migraines so I rub it on my neck, along my temples, and sometimes across my forehead. It goes on so smoothly and absorbs so quickly, and within minutes I feel the icy coolness of the peppermint. That icy feel lasts about 15-20 minutes which I’m always so grateful for when my head hurts. Because it’s natural ingredients you can reapply. It is pricy but I don’t mind spending it because it works and it’s good quality essential oils. I don’t know how long the stick lasts for because I always end up giving it away to a friend in desperate need of pain relief- it works on other muscle pains and aches too. Be careful if you use it on your face not to put it too close to your eyes. They will water and maybe burn from the peppermint if you’re sensitive.
