I started using the pads along with my bencomm pocket bras and also with the other regular bras. They are light weighted and have good curve. Provided a good breast appearence when I used it. I would surely recommend them. The 42 size pads provide a good lift up and project well. It feels you have big breasts. Regarding the maintenance, I simply handwash them without any hassle.

Great product..silicone pads are heavy but this product are very comfortable ..u should insert it into a padded bra.increase cup size upto 2 cups..
