Works great for my whey protein powder, frozen banana,and almond milk frozen desert. This recipe freezes hard when it sets and is hard to dish up. These allow me to pop out 2 for a serving and after it sets for a few minutes it’s easy to enjoy my healthy version of ice cream.

I use these in my Instant Pot. They work great. I make a version of Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites, and they are wonderful. Highly recommend for this use. I have another recipe for a kind of pancake that can be make in these, but I haven't tried yet.
