Non functional compass
I’m assuming that they used magnetic components in the watch, as the compass is entirely orientation locked to the watch itself, and does not point north unless I point the top of the watch intentionally north.

Fun, great looking watch
Received today. Was safely packaged and arrived undamaged. After unboxing, the watch is in an all mini watch box with a see-through cover. I was immediately struck by how great the color is. It’s much better in person than in the image.Set-up was a breeze with the included instructions. It appears to be well-constructed with a nice clip to attach to a backpack strap or a belt loop. Mine is going my motorcycle tank bag.Great price point for a fun fashion watch. Buy one. You won’t disappointed. Beware of cheap knock offs. Be sure to buy the original Dakota.Note: don’t buy it if you are expecting a luxury Swiss timepiece. It’s not that and doesnt pretend to be.

Really like this watch seems to be very accurate hopefully I will have it a good long while

Not worth the money
Hard to read dial. The backup light was useless. It is cool looking and heavy, but in the end too much trouble trying to figure out all the bells and whistles. Went with a far cheaper clip watch and I’m a lot happier.

it might be a good product if I can get instructions on how to use it.
the rating should really be zero since I can't find instructions on how to use it. I think setting the time would be a good start.The Dakota web site clearly states we have no manuals. contact customer service.
