Paint interferes with fit
I had to grind off the paint so it would fit into the slot of the surge brake mechanism.

If you're backing a trailer this is a must have
should I had back in the 70s it just works. The magnet holds it in place really good the only deal is you have to remember to pull it if you want the brakes to work when you leave the ramp I'm buying a second one

Design slightly too large to fit.
This was too large to fit in the slot on the trailer. It's manufactured like 1/16" to wide, and wouldn't work on any of the trailers at our facility. Defective design.
