Super quick to set up and Durable
Ive used this tent over 5 times with no issue of tears , leaks, or issues. Its great for keeping the light out, which does help with heat control. Its so convenient to setup in seconds and break down in almost the same amount of time. This tent is also surprisingly durable as well, as I have used it during a windstorm and it remained staked down and didnt break, while other tents around me flew away or the tent poles broke. The design and shape are aerodynamic and the dome-like shape helps let the wind pass over it versus pushing against it. Only thing is it says its for 4 people, but it would be a tight squeeze. maybe 2 adults and 2 very small kids. It fits my queensize air mattress with space to spare on both top n bottom and on the sides. This is a great crawl-in tent for the money.

Not a 4 person tent. Easy to set up and break down. For fair weather only.
The tent arrived on time and was just what I expected. It is packaged as a disc that is fairly flat and about 3' across. It really does set right up on its own. Remove it from its soft cover, undo the elastic band and it flops right open. It's a good tent for two for a short trip. It only fits 2 cots and there is no room left for a table or a heater. We were able to keep our two bags of clothes inside at night. The cooler stayed outside. We stayed two nights out in the cold; 50 degrees at bedtime and 30 degrees in the morning. Way too cold the first night. The top of the tent is all net for great ventilation which is very good in the summer, not in the cold. We put a couple of moving blankets over the ceiling netting which helped to keep some body heat in. Luckily we missed the first morning of set up because a thunderstorm came through the area. Between the high wind and driving rain I think the tent would have been soaked with the mindor rain cover that it has. I typically put a tarp under and over the tent, no matter when I camp. The tent was nice and dark inside, so napping was easy and the morning light did not come too soon. Overall it is a good, small tent for one or two people for fair weather. It fit great along the side of my 2 door Jeeps back seat area. I won't be using it again for cool or cold weather. It would be super for the kids in the back yard.

Good Tent
Real review after use. Happy with this tent. Blackout feature is great. Have no leaking issues but donto the door design don't expect to open the door in the rain without getting a little water inside. Its just part of the compromise you get with these pop-up tents. The blackout and pop-up features make it a little more expensive so i really recommend picking up a tentfootprinot buy yourself a painters tarp to theow under the tent to extend its life if you don't use it in ideal ground conditions. Throwing a 10 dollar tarp away is better than buying annew tent because a stick pokes a hole in the floor.Super easy to put up can be a little frustrating to put away but it includes instructions in the bag sewed in are adequate. It takes seconds to put up so if it takes a little bit to put away it's a reasonable compromise. When you figure it out its pretty quick. Still faster than a poll tent. Tent is of reasonable quality. It isn't as durable as some coleman tentts but if made heavier it would be hard to wrestle with the thicker material. Take care of it it will take care of you.I actually have takes a nap in it with the door open on a warm day. As long as you have a little brease it's more comfortable that it would be to nap without the shade. Plenty of room for one 6 foot male and small dog.

It really is a blackout tent
I went camping in a group. Everyone brought their own tents and I was set up and tore down before anyone. The group next to me watched and told me how jealous they were. The only reason I woke up is because other people were moving around. It was pitch dark in that tent. It's a really quick option when you don't need much. I will bring this for the bed of my truck in the future.

Mostly novelty. Won't hold up long.
I bought two of these tents for my trip to Yosemite with my son. I've purchased other Coleman products and have been pleased with them, but not with this tent. Although it's neat to be able to set up and take down these tents in less than a minute total, they aren't built for the long-term. I had to move set up and take down the tents as I car camped from the Midwest to California and then each day I stayed at Yosemite for a total of about seven campsites. After the 4th cycle or day, the tent's internal poles were damaged and bent and the floor had a home in it from setting up a sleeping cot. The materials didn't hold up long. This is a great novelty and backyard, once-a-year tent. For the more serious camper, a different tent design that is still quick would be betterThe darkroom tech was really cool though and useful for a good night's rest.

. Nice and dark !
Nice and dark, and warm. Impossible to fold back if you do not first watch the video, the video with the green one gives the best tutorial. The other video tutorial seems to leave out the last step ….Once you learn the folding tricks and follow the steps exactly ….it is easy to fold up…
