Really Bright
I had bought this device for use with work, during daylight hours. Originally a bit unsure if it would work in the middle of the day, and if so, from how far away. I am very impressed with its performance.Middle of the day in full sunlight, I can easily find the dot over 100' away.A great tool for reviewing exterior work projects with clients and/or supervisors.

Smashed connection
As you can see by photo it came damaged.I asked for a replacement.I will have to see how the replacement comes.Also instructions are a little confusing.It says AA battery in instructions.And has AA in photo.But the battery that is included is not AA.It’s larger and has now plus or negative marks on it.Disappointed.My replacement arrived today.I believe my first one was a used one.The one that arrived today was charged.It was in packing with a battery slip.No I’ll try it out and see how it works.

Incredible laser (no flashlight)
Even though it says tactical flashlight, there isn't a flashlight. The laser is magnificent though, extremely powerful and I love you can recharge the 18650 batteries. That being said, the battery that came with the laser doesn't hold a charge. Luckily I have a few 18650s around from my vape mods and those work in the laser.

Pinpoint the Stars or...., U.F.O's
This product is very good. Excellent in fact. It has met my expectations of it as well as given some interesting long shot pinpointing on objects over a kilometre away. I like the fact that it comes with a battery that is rechargeable Plus a charging station as well. 5 Stars in my opinion.
