What a fantastic product! From the quality of the materials, the instructions provided, to the niftiness of the package. I felt my wrists strengthening immediately after using them, and muscles waking up in my fingers that I didn't know I had. Very pleasant to use.

This is an excellent to build hand and wrist strength. They are easy and fun to use. In my husband's case he isn't very mobile and any kind of exercise he is able to do is important but these would also be good for a healthy person who needed to build strength. Used gently they also seem to ease arthritic pain.

I like the product however instructions should have included instead of requiring us to print off the instructions.

These therapy hand balls made of silicone are excellent for any hand ailments. I sore mine in the freezer. After working, exercise my hands and fingers with these cold therapy balls which are very soothing.

I do a lot of typing and handcrafts. I bought this product looking for a way to relieve pain in my hands. This set comes with 4 balls, a storage bag and instructions. I found the instructions to be lacking. The booklet indicates there are dots on the product to indicate where to put your fingers & thumb but doesn't state if it is the same positioning for each exercise in the book. There are a couple illustrated exercises where your hand/finger position is different but no explanation on diagram as to where the dots are. There are also diagrams showing pictures of the hand and muscles in the hand but no indication of which of the exercises are beneficial to which muscle of the hand of area you are having issues with. Since that information is useless, it more or less just becomes a set of gel balls with different resistance.

I purchased these Hand Therapy Balls because I have developed arthritis in my fingers. It is painful and still. I use the therapy ball (so far just the softest of the set--the yellow one) to loosen the tendons. It initially is a bit painful but by the time I have finished the second set of 10, my hands are woking. I recommend the product for this purpose. I am sure it helps other hand restriction problems equally well.

I bought a set of these hand exercisers for my father who suffered a mild stroke last year. I thought they would make a nice Father's Day gift.I am impressed with the quality of the product - a great value. The instruction book that was included was also a surprise showing 12 different hand strengthening exercises that you could do with their exercisers. A top notch product for a very reasonable price.I will definitely be checking out the other FlexFixx products now that I know how good these are.

My Mom was wanting exercise balls to gain some of her strength back after a setback. These are perfect because they come in different strengths, and you can stay with the light or keep going up to the harder ones. Comes with a booklet and little carrying cloth to hold the exercise balls.

Verpackung super, Bälle kleben und stinken nicht! Auch die sehr praktische Aufbewahrungstasche stinkt nicht! Die Stärke der Bälle ist gut, auch die Ei-Variante, aber für ganz arge "Rehab-Fälle" mit sehr wenig Kraft wird vl. sogar der weichste der vier, der gelben Ball, immer noch als zu schwer empfunden werden. Da müsste man dann vorher noch mit z.b. einem Schaumstoffball geübt werden, um die Muskeln wieder zu aktivieren.Preis-Leistung: sehr ok! Zumindest der abgespeckte Preis... macht sozusagen 4 Euro für das Stück + 1 Euro für die Tasche. Wenn man sich andere solche Produkte ansieht (die Rezensionen darüber), merkt man: die stinken und kleben oft! So ist man mit denen hier sehr gut bedient!

I like that the 4 units are graded according to the strength needed to squeeze them, I've started with the softest one and have already noticed a difference in the flexibility of my fingers and thumb. The set is supplied with a good drawstring bag and also a very clear and helpful little instruction booklet which details the different exercises you can do.

Really good product with clear instructions which are very helpful as I didn’t know what I was doing properly. Well thought out with the bag to keep everything clean and together. Good value and arrived quickly.

Habe leider Rheuma und zunehmende Bewegungsbeeinträchtigungen in den Händen. Durch die Griffbälle kann ich die Muskulatur der Hände und der Unterarme trainieren und verbessern. Vier verschiedene Härtegrade ermöglichen ein gezieltes Training, ohne die Gelenke und Sehnen zu überlasten. Die Verarbeitung ist gut und die Bälle liegen bedingt durch Materialbeschaffenheit und Oberfläche gut und rutschfest in der Hand. Abends - ganz nebenbei beim Fernsehen - ein bisschen kneten und bewegen reicht .... - tolle Sache!
