The second time I used it the wheel fell off so when I was going to return it they were going to charge a 15% restocking fee plus a 15% boxing fee at that point when you only spend $30 on something you might as well just wash your hands of it and buy a different product so please if you are looking for something that is sturdy and that is well made this is not it.

Updated Review: I had to change my review because Jegs made it right after a few tries. I just asked for a new head section but they sent me an entire new kit of the Creeper. I changed it from 1 star to 4 stars.Original Review: One of the casters on the head section will not screw in tight because the threaded insert from factory is spinning as I try to tighten the caster bolt down...I tried calling the number provided but no answer after a half hour...Quality Casters should be the #1 CORE-competency of anyone making a crawler. If they don't work, the product is worthless...I hope the Manufacturing Agent reads this and provides me a remedy. Otherwise I will ship it back because the customer service people can't be reached!!!

Do yourself a favor and put loctite on threads, they will come undone . Even with light usage. The screws that come preassembled keep coming loose. The ones you assemble are a pita to tighten. haven’t used it much but it seems like the frame will hold up well.

From previous experience with a different creeper I bought some thread lock and put it on each bolt as I assembled this one. I don't expect any bolts to loosen up. Assembly was easy. The instructions show two different length of bolts but I could see no difference as they were all the same length visually. Overall happy with the creeper.

Smaller than others. Great idea with the built in seat. Wheels broke first week. Welded in place.
