Very easy to use, and very non-slip, my daughter loved it. The size of the cushion is also very good and the color is very nice. It's soft. It's great for exercise equipment.

I got a fold away walking pad and I just wanted the extra stability on carpet. This mat serves the purpose.

I specifically typed in thick as part of the search requirement. Nothing can be done with this. It's best you call it floor covering to protect the floor from scratches. I am requesting my refund
