Great camera
I've had 4 of these set up around my home build and property for about a year now and I love being able to check on things anytime there's movement through the app. The picture is super clear and they are reliable and using the cloud is a nice feature. I'll continue to use all the camera even after my home is built.

No phone support and limited LTE card options
Conceptually this is an awesome idea. We bought this for a construction project that has no power at the moment and therefore no internet. Here are the issues I ran into.1. The product documentation when you buy is a little unclear (i bought through amazon). But there is no LTE card with the device. Once received the product documentation says they prefer T-Mobile LTE cards. I'm not an T-Mobile customer but I thought it would be okay to get an account setup for this and just pay separately to get what I needed. Device also doesn't come with a memory card...just FYI to buy that before or its essentially useless as you wait for that to come in.2. Setup. You have the have the LTE card for setup. Documentation is exteremly vague but what I came to learn is that even though charged and powered on, without the LTE card you can't even attempt to setup the camera for testing.3. LTE card. I've had limited experience with T-Mobile until this experience. Wow... I tried chat first to see what options I'd have to support this camera. 2 hours and 6 people forwarding me to a group that could help I disconnected and called them. I tried that as i was trying to work while chatting to save some time. Called in. exact same process. I was on hold and forwarded 4 times talking to 5 different people that all seemed to think I was speaking another language and had no clue how to help me. No worries, I've got a T-Mobile store right down the road. Just went there. Arrived with only 1 customer in the store before me so I waited. I watched 2 employees helping one customer until the 2nd said she was going to lunch right in front of me and disappeared for 45 minutes. She didn't come out to the floor until another gentlemen came back (I assume from lunch). They both came out at the same time and the gentlemen started to help me. I'm there for a prepaid LTE card (per the documentation) but they wouldn't help me without setting up and account, getting my ID, and running a credit check. So I told him that I was simply trying to get pricing at this point. He said its store policy to run credit on all new customers. They wouldn't provide pricing without a credit check? I was not going to allow that so I left and called in again. They started to forward me again so I just asked for a supervisor. After being on hold for 30 minutes (again multitasking thankfully), she came back on and asked me if I was still there. I said yes I'm still waiting on a supervisor. Of which at that time she said her supervisor just went into an all day meeting and asked if I wanted to hold. lol...not becoming a t-mobile client.4. LTE Card again - went to AT&T where I am a client and asked if they could sell/support a card to go into the camera. They gave me the impression this is old tech and don't support it.4. Reolink support - I tried to get support to see if any other manufactures are supported or any other options. They only do email support. Took over 12 hours to get a response and the response was not at all to my question. So i have to reply and presumably wait 12 hours for a response.I'm not going the be a customer for a company that doesn't support its product in a timely manner and/or partner with a company like T-mobile who doesn't seem to want me to be a customer. Unfortunately I won't even get to see if the camera was very good at all. Back to shopping to try to find a camera for my needs.

(updated)
After having these cameras for a few months, here's how they have worked for me.1st - no matter what settings I have it on, it never consistently reads people or cars in the driveway, which is where it's pointed (with full service bars) but it sure will read EVERY car on the road.2nd - half the time I can't even connect to the damn things! Connection failed is a more common issue on all 3 of them than a successful Connection.3rd - I have had so many times where someone comes to my driveway, and I don't get a notification until that person is leaving and even then it only records them getting in their car, not even us standing in front of it talking.4th - because it consistently read the cars on the road (even with the entire road every blocked out)Updated section- the sellers contacted me and worked with me to resolve my issues. We ended up switching to the DC cameras wifi driven. Which are night and day. I'd recommend the wifi cameras as a priority and go with the simcard cameras if it's just not an option. The sellers have been great to work with and take pride in resolving the issues for their customers.

Good quality, alerts, but not antenna
Everything about this unit seems to be good The mounting is a little bit poorly designed as it seems as though heat and cold will cause you to have to go up and re-tighten it. I do like the fact that there are two cameras you're getting for the data of one. This works great with att and TMobile. The only downside we have is the antennas are very fragile and upon mounting it if you accidentally bump into it the screw in of the connector will break because it is made out of plastic.

Very pleased
I love Reolink cameras, I have them all over home. I go the WiFi/wireless for a construction site and camera was very easy to set up and operate.
