HealthyFry XL Air Fryer CC-500, Black

It arrived yesterday & is a beautiful, well made machine! I checked it out and everything seems to function fine.- But I haven't had a chance to use it yet, (probably not until after the weekend) .---Only one negative, I wish they could have designed a more attractive button cover!Thanks a lot, I really like it & was excited to receive it quickly!

I like cooked food. but coating peels off easily.so I exchanged two times but still peels off.

I bought this to replace my T-fal Actifry which gave me many years of use before finally breaking. The HealthyFry XL cooks food perfectly without the added oil. Even turkey breasts and whole chickens come out juicy without having to heat your oven, nor your kitchen. This is way more versatile than the Actifry.I only have two complaints. A minor complaint is that after you set the time and temp according to a recipe, when you shake the basket during cooking as even the instruction booklet calls for for even doneness, everything resets. You have to make a mental note of how much time is left, and then adjust the time and temp accordingly. It's annoying, but not a deal breaker.The major complaint is that the nonstick coating on the basket started to come off after only 2 months of use !! The machine is so useful, that I use it 2-3 times a week which comes to 20-24 uses. Way too few to have the surface come off, as I've only hand washed it with dish soap and a sponge. I used my old fryer less often, but the coating never scratched or came off...even in the dishwasher.When it comes time to buy a new machine, I will look for another brand as they all work similarly, but I need better quality

My husband bought this for me from Sur La Table as a gift. It worked for about a year and the suddenly stopped working. My husband pulled apart the housing and determined that the thermal limiter had malfunctioned. He saw that the heating limit on the thermal limiter was 172 degrees C (330 degrees F), yet the machine’s auto setting for French fries sets it at 390 degrees. So the machine is built to fail, since the cooking temps exceed the limits of the thermal limiter. He replaced the thermal limiter and the machine turned on but it no longer gets hot. So I guess it goes to the junk pile. Do not buy!

I do enjoy the air fryer my mom had got it for me for Christmas gift it for me the one thing I must say I don't need used it four times and it wasn't working very good I contacted the company and they are very very helpful out of it going to replace me with a new one which I really do appreciate very good company

DO NOT PURCHASE this item!! After a few months of use and hand washing the non-stick coating is flaking off. I called customer service and they said they do not cover the non-stick coating of the basket. I will not use this anymore as the coating is flaking off into my food...
