I have used this product many years, what I especially, besides tasting good, you can make a shake or you can use a packet to make a pudding.

I really like this pudding. While on the 20/30 plan, my gym told me I could add this to the plan the fourth week. At the gym the cost is almost double, so I was happy to find it here...the exact same thing, exact ingredients, etc just a different name. I make the pudding and have half a serving at a time. I could probably live on it. Such a tasty treat, especially if you add strawberries or even dip apples or oranges in it. So, I recommend this. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because it's a little off in the flavor..I love chocolate...and the cost is still a tad high for the amount of packets you get. Would I order it again? Absolutely

I love the taste and the consistency of this shake/pudding. It fills me up for lunch or a nice dessert after dinner. Highly recommend!

I add extra unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 tsp with 30 calorie almond milk to magic bullet. Not on full plan. It’s still low calorie even with the extra cocoa and almond milk

Not even close to pudding! The texture is similar to a thick sludge like paste, the paste has a very sweet flavor profile that masks some of the chocolate flavor so it is weak. I prefer other brands like Proti-Diet which actually designed to be a pudding and need to set to form a creamy gel like regular pudding and is not overly sweet!
