I have been using this for awhile, and while I can't say that it alone makes a difference, I use it for rosacea, and along with diet modifications, zinc-based sunscreen, and a few other things, my rosacea is in remission. I bought this in bulk from the MFGs because I got a good price.I really like that the capsule is very small. I take one in the am with a meal and repeat same at dinner.
