Good product and well built.
So I researched the crap out of these before settling on this brand.... what sold me was the active back rollers, customer support and reviews. We've had this since Christmas and it's used DAILY. Operates as good today as the day we got it..... also, it comes fully assembled, so just plug and play.

Great massage!
Was great for 2 weeks. Then a sensor quit. Seller was prompt on sending a new one with instructions to replace it. Quite satisfied. Only complaint is instruction manual could use a rewrite to understand the controller.

Rated 4 stars based on the overall performance wouldve rated 4.5 based on value.Im a hardcore in terms of the massage and stretch just how I prefer Thai Massage where extreme pressure applied plus stretching. It has all the features of Infinity Evoke and Osani 7000 for less than half the price.Its all worth it not only for me and my wifey but to the whole family, we have 6 TeenAger boys whom are all athletes. The Stretch mode made me feel like a Lakers player being stretched by theyre therapist prior to the games and I do that everyday before going to work. Plus, Imagine long hours of work then getting a relaxed or recover massage. All your hardwork have been revived. Makes you relaxed, calm and rejuvinate.Its not a perfect massager as I needed to place the extra cushion included with the package coz it really massages you deep. Overall its really worty the investment and should have purchased long time ago.Shipping is much faster than anticipated coz were here in LA and its coming from San Diego (too bad had to pay taxes). Othewise, just zip the seat to the leg assembly and its ready for use coming in 1 piece. Trust me, didnt even looked at the manual for assembly. Hope this helps, thank you to the seller as they kept me posted on the item...

Do not buy this massage chair!
The media could not be loaded. Use only 5 time. Already making noise every time the chair moving up and down. I weight only 140 lbs. Waste of money. Do not buy. After informed the company, they sent the lubrications without any instruction. So I opened the back of the massage chair and tried to rub the lubrication received on the moving part but that still didn’t stop the squeaking noise. You can check out the attached videos I tried to contact the company but they never answer the phone. This is really bad product. I will continue to contact them hopefully to speak with them and so that they can replace the chair or send part to fix the irritated noise.

I used the product for only two days; it works quite well -- so far! The return is limited to 10 days, that too with a restocking charge plus shipping cost. There is no written warranty included in the shipment. The instructions, presented in small font causing strain the eyes of seniors, are written in such a poor manner (confusing in language and inadequate in description) that you may as well assemble and operate the chair by trial and error without taxing your brain to figure out the instruction.

CAUTION Read shipping & Return Policy Before buying!!!
I am only providing ONE Stare simply because I like Amazon very much, and it's required.This so-called " 2018 BEST VALUED MESSAGE CHAIR", is not as great as it sounds. Not only is it not comfortable to sit in if your 6ft tall, but it also can not be used as a regular couch chair, the controls owners manual if vag and not clear for settings. Lastly, it blows my fuses easily.The worst part about my purchase 1st the delivery truck will only drop in front of your home. in other words, it will be an in-home delivery.2nd, if you don't like it, you will need to arrange and pay out of your pocket to send it back. this can be a range of $400.00 - $600.00. About 50% of purchase price.Needless to say, I'm stuck with a chair that looks great but does not live up to its claim as THE BEST VALUED FOREVER REST FR-5Ks PREMIER BACK SAVER, SHIATSU, ZERO GRAVITY MASSAGE CHAIR. If you decide to make the purchase I really hope you are satisfied and happy with it. If not, remember this review! Good Luck!!!

Horrible chair and even worse experience with company
I wish I could give this 0 stars instead of 1 star. This company was INCREDIBLY difficult to deal with. I would absolutely NOT recommend buying this chair if you're looking for a good product or good customer service because not only was I not happy with the chair, but it took me almost 3 months to return this item and get refunded because the company tried fighting me every step of the way.I bought this chair as a gift for my father. When it came, he said the chair was painful and not a pleasant massage at all. There was also no function to lower the intensity of the massage, which is ridiculous. AND there was also a small scratch on the side of the chair. All of these factors caused me to request a refund. Here's where it got very messy.When I requested a refund, they tried everything they possibly could to try to change my mind. They responded to my first few emails with ESSAYS about why I was wrong to not be satisfied with the chair. Then they would take days and sometimes a full week to respond when I would dispute what they said. They honestly tried doing whatever they could to keep my money. After a couple of weeks, I filed an Amazon A-Z claim against them, which caused them to FINALLY agree to refund me (because Amazon guaranteed I'd be refunded one way or another). Since they agreed to refund me, I closed the Amazon A-Z case, but then they would stop responding to my messages again until I would eventually have to file another claim. They did this every time I tried to move the process forward: I'd file a claim, they'd respond, I'd close the claim, then they would disappear until I filed another claim. I had to open and close maybe 7-8 claims against them to keep pushing them to move the process forward. It was ridiculous.Once they finally sent a shipper to pick up the chair, they then provided incorrect customs broker information to the shipper so the chair was stuck at the border for a full week. I was getting constant emails from the shipper threatening to send it back to me and charge me for the inconvenience, and I had to follow up with the company maybe 5 times (and file another claim with Amazon) before they finally fixed their mistake.THEN when the company finally received the chair, they AGAIN tried not refunding me by claiming they couldn't find the scratch I was talking about. I sent them the same pictures I sent the first time and they once again stopped responding. After a week, I filed another claim against them and Amazon finally just refunded me the full amount.All in all - HORRIBLE company, HORRIBLE experience. Amazon thankfully supported me and refunded me in the end, but I requested a refund mid-December and didn't get my money back until early March. This chair held up thousands of dollars from me for months, wasted hours of my time, and was just generally an absolute nightmare.
