Product is very useful. I've had it for several months and I absolutely love it. It takes a while to charge but the battery life lasts way more than 5 hours if you would have asked me. It's a real lifesaver.

Works true to the description. Can get 3 full fast charges out of this little box. The only downside is it takes a while to fully charge the power bank itself (3 -4 hours, but I plan accordingly, so it's not an issue.

7.5 out of 10. Works very well and does do a fast charger how it says. Overall great product especially for the price. The only thing is the picture and description is kind of deceiving as far as the smallest. The main reason why I bought this product was because the way the picture was on how tiny it was. Other external battery chargers I did not like in the past due to being how big and bulky they are and they take room in your pocket. Especially when you work in construction or in a warehouse setting do you have to carry it with you. So when I seen this product claiming it was the smallest and the way it looked in the picture that it was going to be really small and wouldn't take up a whole lot of room in my pocket. Overall this product is great and would receive a 10 out of 10 if it would match a description. But as far as the product functionality it's great works fast charges fast recharges fast and comes with multiple ports. Like I said power wise is great just a description of how small it really is is what gives it a little lower number. Overall great product would recommend this product but with the exception on really describing on how small it is

I was so happy with this charger for the first two months. Held three charges which was so helpful for saving time and not being stuck if I forgot to charge the pack. Took awhile to charge the power bank from empty, but I expected that for three charges worth. Was a little heavier and thicker than I expected based on reviews but again nothing crazy. You’re supposed to shake it to wake it up and suddenly after a couple months that stopped working. It’s allegedly charging the pack itself just fine, but when I go to charge my phone it won’t wake up even though the pack is at 100%. I’m really shaking it well and plugging cords into the ports and everything. Pretty disappointed. Maybe the one I got is faulty? The search continues

Works great, lasts a quite a while and nice and small. I also like that it has two different ports to charge phones on and to also be charged itself. I usually wait till they are onsale if I need another one, but they are great.

This is an updated review. The company was kind enough to send me a new one. My first charge on the new one went great - the jury is out on whether it will continue to charge quickly on the second or third charge. I will further revise this when I have used it a few more times. The original review follows. Kudos to the company for standing behind the product and sending a replacement. When I first got this charger, it was blazing fast. It used about 30% or less of the charge to fully charge my phone in around an hour. After a few charges at that speed, it slowed way down (only a month or two after I bought it). At first, I thought the problem was with my old phone. However, I just got a brand new Samsung 24 and it still takes 12 hours to charge my phone - which is ridiculous. I have tried it with cords other than the one that came with it and there is no difference - so the problem is clearly with the charger itself. Also, the picture makes it seem like the charger is super small. It isn't. While it is a small square, it's about an inch thick - the photo makes it seem like it's slim - it isn't. And, it's pretty heavy too.
