Size as stated. Easy to get on and off. Spring does give sideshifting stability. BEST FEATURE to me is the non slip addition to both ends of sleeve. I mean I'm a big guy and it never slid up or down once set. Good comfort on patella. Very good workmanship on materials and construction. Overall great product.

I really like the construction of this brace. Quality material, good elastic, nice rubbery material that should keep the brace in place and the metal supports don’t seem to obtrusive. However, something is off in their measurement chart. I measured exactly as explained and the brace I ordered slides down my leg within 15-20 steps. Forget trying to be athletic in it, no chance it is staying in place. I’m going to try a size smaller and see if that works as well as I hope it will and will try to update the review with my findings as I hope this will help others to find the right brace for them as this has been a process for me and not an easy one at that.

If it would stay in place it would be 5 stars. It provides great support for my knee and stabilizes the joint well. I really need that. It also is snug without feeling like it's cutting off blood supply. But it doesn't stay in place when walking or even standing.as i walk I start to feel it curling at the top or start to migrate down my leg. By the time I've walked from my car to my classroom the brace has slid down to my ankle and it wadding up around the knee. And trying to pull it back in place in a bathroom cubicle is not fun. Some days it would stay in place, but on days my joints were swollen and i really needed it, there was a all day fight to keep it in place.

I measured my leg like it said to get the right size and it still slides down. That was a lot of money waisted. Can’t trust that brand at all !!

I wish that I would’ve gotten the 3xl instead. This sleeve is snug on my thigh but super loose on my calf. I feel like the chart didn’t help at all and wasn’t accurate at all. I’m sure this would’ve helped if I could properly wear it. I think I’ll just opt for something cheap on like Temu or EBay.UPDATE: after communicating with their customer service I was sent a quick delivery of 3XL, perfect fit and speedy delivery. and got the size stated and it still rolls. Also when walking it slides down. Ended up folding the top over to double it up. That stopped the rolling but shouldn’t have to do that. 29 inch thigh 4x sleeve

This knee brace fit my curvy thighs wonderfully and comfortably!! It provides the added stability and support for my knee injury that I was hoping for.

La genouillère pour mon genoux droit était trop grande. Je porte ordinairement un 2X pour les vêtements. Malheureusement, le 2X pour genouillère était trop grande, parce que j’aie de petites jambes. Merci !
