I took it when I trained and on recovery.Great supplement if you are constantly putting the work in.Pack lasted a long time and easy to swallow.

Taken for several weeks now and noticed no difference, despite binging on avocado and olives/olive oil, almost no carbs, but then almost no exercise either. Cannot recommend these or otherwise, but they caused no issues, and did no harm.
