Works for me at every aspect: I up-scaled my exercises from 5 to 6 lb, from 8 to 9 lb, from 10 to 12 lb. At the same time the dumbbells set takes up less space, very comfortable to use and change. Now I have to think what to do with the old ones.

They are easy to use and easy for me as a woman to handle it. I’m able to change them fast while I’m working in my intervals.

The media could not be loaded.  I got these as a cyber Monday deal and they were just what I wanted. I knew I wanted up to 15lbs but wanted less to determine what I could lift without hurting myself. There were a couple videos and the one with the guy showing how fast you could switch between weights was a little goofy so I put a video showing it really is fast and easy. Takes up about the space of a shoe box.

EDIT: Updating my review to address the after sales service. Lucilla reached out a couple days after my initial review. They replaced the broken handle AND refunded the purchase price. After the initial disappointment with the purchase, the sales support was excellent.I bought these for my wife for mothers day. She uses them 2-4 days per week and in less than 6 weeks the weights started falling off of one of the dumbells. Apparently only held in place with a plastic clip that fell out.
