The picture I included shows the two Moringa I take vs the four fenugreek I used to take.I take these every day & it has improved my milk production. The capsules are smaller than the fenugreek ones I have gotten in the past and don't leave a bad taste in my mouth. It's also so much better than the 4 fenugreek I had where you take 4 throughout the day, with these I just take two once a day & it works out perfectly. The package does say you can take 2-4, I don't know whether taking 4 would increase my production even more (I assume it would), but just the two suits my personal needs.Sadly, I have not had the pleasure of it also helping with sleep & boosting energy as others seem to have lol. The energy boost would have been nice, but at the very least it's doing exactly what I need it to do which is boosting my milk production.

Its been 2 weeks since I've been taking these pills and for the time being, whatever it's 'supposed' to do and help with has for me! This is the 3rd type of pill I've taken to increase milk supply and my milk supply has gotten drastically more supple. However, I've also changed my diet a bit and doing more direct breastfeeding which could also be helping, but all in all, I'm happy with this product.

I expected it to boost my milk supply and it did not. I am not pumping any extra than what I was without taking it. While I am sure it is a great product for some, it did not work for me. This really makes a difference. I have noticed an increase output of up to 4 ounces during a power pump session. I take 2 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon and that seems to work really well.

I really saw a good increase in my milk production. I got usually an ounce more per pump session. This is huge as I usually only pump 2 ounces combined every 3 hours. Now I'm getting 2.5-3 ounces every 2 hours. It's a feat product and I'm now trying their Moringamommas formula.

This defnaty gave me more energy, but it also gave me headaches and did not increase my milk supply at all, and I was even taking 2 pills 3 times a day! I did appreciate the energy boost, but not the headaches! I was hopeful that this would help, But I guess this isn't the right supplement for me.

Great product for a great price! Way cheaper than Go Lacta and dramatic increase in breast milk supply was maintained after switching to this product!
