It's one of the best teas I ever had the pleasure of enjoying. You follow the instructions on brewing and change it a bit to suit your specific taste. It's tastes like the essence of a healthy wonderful tropical forest. The price seems high but you get multiple infusions in every cup or pot you make. One scoop turns into a huge batch of whole tea leaves! The first time I brewed it I put a little bit too much and I looked away for a second and the tea leaves lifted my heavy ceramic top right off my tea pot. It was a fresh green appearance as if it picked off the tea plants yesterday! I'm super happy with it and would recommend it to everyone! Plus from Taiwan you know it's way cleaner with virtually no pollution compared to China which has 90% contaminated groundwater and pollution on top of more pollution no one can say that the tea plants aren't effected in some way!

This tea has full leaves and tastes 100% better than some advertised as loose leaves (looks like pieces). I bought some of the other teas but came back to enjoy the wonderful flavor of Dong Ding Oolong tea. I’m not an expert on any tea but an expert on what tastes good to me. It’s a treat in the morning! The color of this tea is golden. It may be more expensive than others but the taste is worth it. Incidental to the tea and taste is the beautiful red container to reuse.

At first, I didn't like it as much in comparison to the TieQuanYing I have. I thought the sweet aroma is a bit too peach, too strong. But after a few brew, it's pretty good in comparison to the other teas I have purchased on Amazon. I'm still out in searching for other great teas.

It had a funky taste that was kind of weedy tasting. Maybe it was the fermentation process or got exposed to moisture before bagging. Not what I was expecting for a FIRST taste. I was really excited to get this product but then when steeping i did not consider the smell fragrant. Maybe it is an acquired taste? It did not taste like green tea or anything I would ever buy again. Can someone tell me if a great Oolong Tea is available on Amazon? Guess I will go back to the green tea and the black tea I enjoy.

The oolong that I WAS drinking (store bought) does not compare. This has a nice smooth flavor, even if you accidentally put too much in your cup or pot. Then after breakfast I re-steep the same tea leaves, still a good pot of tea as the first. The leaves after you steep them, you'll notice that they are whole and not ground dust. That dust tends to get stuck in my throat, not a good feeling in the morning. The whole leaf tea is nice, you don't need an infuser and the leaves stay in the pot not in your cup. You can also mix in other things like fruits, berries & flower pedals. This tea can be mild enough so your add-ins will shine through. Crush some walnuts and add them in.

This Taiwan Oolong tea does not have the aroma and other flavors described on its package and product introduction on Amazon.com. I have drunk many kinds of Oolong tea; this one has the lowest quality. Not recommended.

I've been subscribe this tea every month since 2021, the quality becomes worse and worse every time but i still like the taste of this tea. until the very last order that i received is completely different kind of tea and use the same package, the tea taste cheap now. please put back the good quality one.
